Free August Sunday afternoon concerts 2.30 – 3.30 are back!

The Friends of Waterlow Park present their fourth season of Sunday Pop Up Proms this August showcasing students and recent graduates of London’s key music schools. Launching the new season on 4 August will be the Joe English Jazz Quartet followed on 11 August by the Guy Dempsey Jazz Trio. On 18 August there is the stunning saxophone foursome The Astral Quartet. The grand finale featuring Gus McQuade and Eleanor Grant with vocals, classical guitar and double bass is on 25 August.  More details about the bands and their music here. The concerts take place in the North shelter near the statue of Sir Sydney Waterlow.
