Your queries on the consultation – FoWP responds

The public consultation by The Friends on behalf of Camden Council canvassed views about enhancing a small area of woodland in the park to be used for groups or by individuals, friends and families to spend more time observing nature. It would serve to replace the previous area designated for this purpose around the Upper Pond which is being regenerated this year. There is no planned booking system. A business recently mistakenly suggested people could book the area but after Camden got in touch they claimed a technical hitch on their website and the content was removed. We have encouraged people to go through the official channels published by The Friends and give their views on the proposals before the consultation closed on 25 February 2022.
